1. Overview By registering for the Mission Critical Summit (“Summit”), you (“Participant”) are entering into an agreement with Viktoria Harrison, who is organizing and hosting the Summit under the brand name “Mission Critical.” These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities for both parties. 2. Program Description The Mission Critical Summit is a live, in-person experience for nonprofit leaders who want to grow their impact and secure transformational, seven-figure gifts. The event includes: • Opening Night: An evening welcome gathering and dinner • Full Day of Training: Intensive group sessions, interactive exercises, and shared meals • Final Morning: Closing sessions and a group lunch The full agenda is available at www.missioncritical.co/summit 3. Payment and Substitution Policy • Cost: $6,500 per participant. • Payment: Full payment is due at registration. All payments are made to Viktoria Harrison. • No Refunds: As we have more applicants than open seats, we are not able to offer refunds. • Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another qualified individual from your organization. We ask that substitutions be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event. 4. Travel and Lodging Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and lodging. We will share local recommendations but are not responsible for any bookings, expenses, or disruptions. 5. Conduct and Community Expectations This event is intentionally designed for a high-trust, collaborative environment. We expect participants to: • Be fully present • Engage respectfully • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or personal discussions Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All content and materials shared during the Summit are the intellectual property of Viktoria Harrison or invited contributors. These may not be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit written permission. 7. Confidentiality Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal stories, strategies, or proprietary insights shared by other attendees or hosts. 8. Media Release By attending, you grant permission for Viktoria Harrison and Mission Critical to capture and use photos, video, or audio recordings of the event, which may be used for promotional purposes. 9. Force Majeure In the unlikely event the Summit must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, travel bans, illness), we reserve the right to reschedule the event. Substitutions will still be honored. No virtual option will be offered. 10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
